7 Hours left....and I am once again making the deadline for the Prima Build a Page sailing in by the skin of my teeth!!!
This month Jennifer had another great sketch incorporating an all time favourite of mine, tearing. I loved the diagonal strips and the lovely words featured on the sketch. I am still using products from our April Scraps of Elegance Kit 'Lynne's Garden Terrace' which was filled with papers from the gorgeous Prima Butterfly Collection. All the Prima flowers, leaves, little resin Ladybug and 'Tag Me' pieces are from the Main and Add-on Kits.
The little Beauty is my youngest daughter Michelle, age 2, way back in 1992...
I used a Prima Mask and white Crackle Paste from Art Extra-vagance for texture. The Prima crochet Doilies are from a previous and the Lamppost and Street sign from Prima are from my own stash.
The beautiful Butterfly is as usual from Renea Bouquets. I made some elements from the beaded string found in the Main Kit. I simply glued them into a circle on my craft-mat and once dry, I coloured them with some alcohol Inks.
I achieved the diagonal strips from the sketch by tearing and punching strips of paper and layering them on the top of the page.
Textures achieved by using white crackle Texture Paste and spats using the Gelatos mixed with some water.
A cluster using the Tags, flowers, leaves and the cute Lady-bug...
