~Love this Memory~
May 2018 Dusty Attic Moodboard

Winter in nearly all it's bleakness has hit the South African shores lately! I truly love Autumn and Winter, but also loved the fresh Summer colours of the past month's Dusty Attic Moodboard...I was inspired by the Yellow and Orange tones and the Bronze coloured Rhinestones on the shoes. I also took inspiration from the flower bouquets for my flower arrangement.

The photo dates back to 1986 and features my eldest daughter and my Paternal Grandmother. I used papers from the Penelope Dee collection; Blooming Field, Cosmos.

I treated the Fancy Frames by embossing them with Heat Foil from the Couture Creations GoPress and Foil, colours Chocolate Copper and Rose Gold.

Using the Sizzix Pansy Tiles embossing folder coloured with Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Inks, I created some accent paper pieces.

I altered the title by firstly adding a layer of white crackle paste to it. Then some of the Fossilezed Amber and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Inks. Lastly I heat embossed with a few grains of clear UTEE....

I used the Dusty Attic Scales Stencil and Crackle Paste on the background paper. The Spring Blooms #1 twigs where Heat Foiled with Champaigne Foil.

Prima and Little Birdy blooms and pieces of lace finish of this page.

In the Dusty Attic shop you will find all the products used and many more....

Thank you for visiting...Hope to see you all entering June's Moodboard challenge to stand a chance to win of two $50 vouchers to spend in the store....
